Andrew Wilson guarantees your satisfaction and will replace or refund any item that does not meet your expectation or is damaged, within 30 days from receipt of goods.
He asks, however, that should you receive damaged goods you contact him, within 14 days of receipt of goods in order that he can deal with the problem efficiently and effectively with his carrier.
