Refunds & Returns
Charlotte does not offer refunds. However, if your order is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact her by email within 14 days of delivery. Please send an image of any issues along with the order number and she will aim to respond within 3 working days. She will dispatch a replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
