Refunds & Returns
Lou does not offer refunds. However, if your print is defected or damaged on arrival, please contact Lou by email here within 14 days of delivery.
She asks that you send an image of any print issues along with the order number to the email above and she will aim to respond within 48 hours. Once she has the images, she will issue a reprint and dispatch the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
