Miss Pretty London will provide a refund, or replacement, if your baubles are defective or damaged on arrival. Please contact them by email within 14 days of delivery along with your order number and images displaying proof of damage. As soon as they have the images, The London Bee Company will dispatch the replacement item as soon as possible.
