Shiuli is a healthy, contemporary Indian restaurant on Heath Road, Twickenham, built on three pillars: cuisine, culture and community. The team is looking for an enthusiastic Bar Assistant / Supervisor to run the bar and beverage service day to day. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager, you’ll lead the bar and drinks waiting staff and make sure every guest at the bar gets exceptional, engaging service.

What you’ll bring

• At least 2 years’ experience working in a bar
• Good knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails, and the confidence to lead the bar service
• A real interest in food and drink
• A warm, friendly personality and genuine passion for hospitality
• The right to work in the UK

Hours
Part-time, Monday to Thursday including evenings, with occasional weekend cover. Shiuli is happy to be flexible and discuss an arrangement that suits you.
