Napoli on the Road is looking for a passionate and talented Pizza Chef to join the team at Napoli on the Road Richmond. The award-winning group has been crowned No.1 in Europe at the Top 50 Pizza Awards 2024–2026, and took the top spot as the No.1 pizzeria in the world in 2026.

You will be joining an award-winning team where it’s not just about the highly acclaimed pizza, but also about attention to detail and a desire to deliver the best quality and standards every day.

About You

• At least 1–2 years’ experience as a Pizza Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, ideally working with contemporary pizza methods.
• Available to work full time.
• A love of hospitality and a real passion for working with quality ingredients.
• The right to work in the UK.
