Unframed Print Sizes - A3, A2 and A1
Framing Options - White, black or lightwood frames. Framed A3 & A2 prints come with a white mount (A1 framed prints are unmounted)
Materials - Printed in the UK using high quality pigment inks on matt white paper.
If you have selected a 'framed' option above, it will come in a white wooden frame as standard. If you would prefer a black or oak frame, please write this in the note box on the checkout page.

Unframed prints are dispatched within 2-4 workings days via a Royal Mail 1st class or 24 hour Tracked service.
Framed prints are sent using ParcelForce 24express service and should arrive the next day, once the frame has been custom made (this usually takes 3-5 working days).

Unframed prints are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked delivery, which usually arrives within 5-7 working days. Framed prints are sent using DPD and should arrive within 5 working days.

Refunds & Returns
Holly Francesca will provide a refund, or replacement, if your print is defective or damaged on arrival. Please contact them by email within 14 days of delivery along with your order number and images displaying proof of damage. As soon as they have the images, Holly Francesca will issue a reprint and dispatch the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
