Who are My Richmond?

We are a husband and wife team who have been sharing the local area and businesses on My Richmond since 2016. If you're local, you probably have seen us walking around the borough taking photos and videos, with our 2 year old in tow (plus a bump arriving very shortly!). Together we run a small social media company, helping local independent businesses with their social media marketing.

What is the LoveLocal Card?

The LoveLocal Card is a physical card people can purchase (for an annual fee of £36) that will get them 10-20% discounts at the local restaurants, cafés, salons and shops who have offers listed on our website . You can view all the offers on our website here, some offers will be available all week and others on selected days. You can tap each offer to read their details. We donate 5% of each card sale to the Richmond Foodbank and have raised over £1,300 so far, thank you!

How do I use my LoveLocal Card?

For most businesses, you can redeem the offers by showing your physical LoveLocal Card when requesting a bill, or visiting a shop. Please tap on the offer you want to use and read the terms & conditions in case there are any other instructions to follow to redeem the offer.

How do I order a LoveLocal Card?

Visit the Kingston LoveLocal Card website here and follows the instructions in 'Step 1' to set up your annual membership direct debit, which is an annual payment of £36. You should see a message confirming successful set up of the direct debit once you have completed the forms and we will then post a LoveLocal Card to the billing address provided within 7 days.

When will I receive a confirmation email for my order?

You will receive a confirmation email when the direct debit payment is processed which can take 1-3 days. If you are unsure if your direct debit was set up successfully, you can email us at lovelocal@mytowndigital.com and we will confirm for you as soon as possible.

When will my LoveLocal Card membership renew?

Your membership will automatically renew annually, unless you contact us by email at lovelocal@mytowndigital.com to cancel.
