Refunds & Returns
Alex does not offer refunds. However, if your print is defected or damaged on arrival, please contact him by email here within 14 days of delivery.
He asks that you send an image of any print issues along with the order number to the email above and he will aim to respond within 3 working days. Once he has the images, he will issue a reprint and dispatch the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
