Postage:
Postage costs £2.95 and is dispatched within 5 working days. Courier service is MyHermes which also takes between 2-5 working days.
Refunds & Returns
JezzzDesigns will provide a refund and/or replacement if your print is defective or damaged on arrival. Please contact them by email within 14 days of delivery along with your order number and images displaying proof of damage. As soon as the images are received, JezzzDesigns will issue a reprint and dispatch the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
